I’m a reseller and interested in becoming your customer. What steps do I have to take?
We are constantly setting up new customers! If you reach out to sales@iccparts.com or fill out a form on our contact us page, we can set you up with the paperwork.
I am working on my own compressor - can you sell to me?
We only sell to resellers we do not sell directly to end users. However, we can refer you to distributors in your area. Please contact us for more information.
Your website says “aftermarket parts”. How does that differ from OEM?
We are not directly affiliated with the OEMs. The OEM manufactures the compressors, and we sell parts that are the equivalent of the OEM in form, fit, and function. We do this to maintain a much more competitive price for older compressors.
I have a custom gasket I need duplicated. Can you help me with that?
Yes, if you are a reseller, you can mail the sample to ICC, and we will recreate a drawing of the custom gasket and send you a quote.
I need a filter, but don’t have a part number. I have the measurements - can you help me locate it?
Yes, as long as we have the OBID and the height, we should be able to give the approximate matches.
I don’t know ICC’s part number, but I have an OEM number. Can you cross reference it for me?
Yes, we have cross-references for every OEM part number, and our system automatically cross-references it.
I need a part ASAP. Are you able to ship parts overnight?
If we have the part, yes. Most of the fast-moving parts are in stock, and customer service is able to ship them in various timeframes such as 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day delivery. We recommend you contact us to check on part availability.
Can I order parts from you but have them ship directly to my customer?
Yes, we can blind ship directly to your end customer.
My customer cancelled the order. What is your return policy?
Returns are decided on a case-by-case basis. If the part is still able to be sold, we can offer credit. Depending on the timeline of the return, we may or may not charge a restocking fee. We encourage you to contact us directly for information on returns.
