Metal Component Manufacturing
ICC Parts stocks and manufactures a wide range of metal valve components for reciprocating compressors. This includes concentric valve rings, slotted valve plates, dampening plates, spring buffers, and internal channel-and-spring assemblies—all produced using top-grade materials like Sanvik®️ stainless steel, 17‑7 stainless, 300/400-series stainless, chrome‑vanadium, and more. These parts are designed to be form-fit replacements for OEM equivalents, ensuring the same performance and durability.
Although primarily focused on non-metallic gaskets, ICC’s manufacturing capability includes a CNC gasket cutter and 1,500 steel-rule die sets, enabling rapid prototyping of gaskets from drawings, samples, or specs. This versatile setup supports custom needs alongside metal hardware production, allowing for seamless integration of gasket and metal part production.
